This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid NarvixAI subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions & cancellation

Member subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Support page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Member access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We do not automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a billing period on cancellation, except where required by law. For annual plans, we send a reminder email before your renewal date so a renewal never takes you by surprise.

2. Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital intelligence immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund or credit for issues such as a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a prolonged service outage. Contact us promptly and we’ll work with you in good faith.

3. Founding & promotional pricing

Founding-member and promotional rates may carry specific conditions (for example, a rate locked for the life of the subscription). Those conditions are disclosed at checkout and govern any refund or change for that plan.

4. Free trials & complimentary access

Any free trial or complimentary access period does not require payment and is not refundable. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the cancellation and refund terms above apply from the first paid charge.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
