Getting access
Create an account from the signup form to start on the Free tier. Depending on the current email-authentication settings, you may need to confirm your email before signing in. You can upgrade to a paid Member plan anytime from inside the app; admin access is never granted automatically.
If you sign in and see “Account Setup Incomplete,” your automatic Free role is missing. Sign out and contact support so the account can be repaired safely.

Billing & refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account’s billing settings (Account → Manage billing) or by emailing support. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
Account & data requests
You can export your data and permanently delete your account yourself, anytime, from Account settings → Your data in the app. For access or correction requests, or any other help, email support@narvixai.com. We action reasonable requests consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Security reports
If you believe you’ve found a security issue, please report it privately by email to the security contact below rather than posting publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to investigate and fix it before any disclosure. Do not attempt to access data or accounts that aren’t yours, degrade the Service, or run automated scans against it.
