Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You can create a Free account through the signup form; new accounts automatically receive the free role. The member role is unlocked by a paid subscription, and administrative access is never granted automatically. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We may change, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Member tier. Free includes the daily front-page brief, the Earnings Radar and Economic Calendar modules, and selected workspace tools. Member unlocks the full set of intelligence modules and AI tools. Specific features in each tier may change as the product evolves.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel: by starting a paid subscription you authorize recurring charges of the price disclosed at checkout (plus any applicable taxes) to your payment method on each renewal. Prices, billing frequency, and any introductory or “founding” rates — including any rate locked for the life of a continuous subscription — are clearly disclosed at checkout before you pay.

Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings or by emailing support@narvixai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Member access until then, and we do not prorate or refund the remainder of a period except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law. For annual plans we will send a reminder email before your renewal date. If we change the standard price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies to a renewal, and you may cancel first; locked founding rates are honored for the life of a continuous subscription. If a renewal payment fails and cannot be collected after reasonable retries, your account may revert to the Free tier.

The Service provides AI-generated intelligence and analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or cybersecurity advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals. See our Disclaimers.

Content may be produced or summarized by automated systems and large language models. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and may contain errors or omissions. Source links and citations point to third-party publishers whose content is owned by them and subject to their terms; we surface attribution for transparency, not endorsement. Verify anything important against primary sources before relying on it.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits, or tiering; probing, scanning, or load-testing the infrastructure; scraping or bulk- extracting content; reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the intelligence output; or using the Service to violate any law or third party’s rights. You will not share your account credentials or access with unapproved parties.

The Service, including its software, design, and original compositions, is owned by the operator of NarvixAI and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own use. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and features may change or be discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarvixAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and permanently delete your account at any time from Account settings → Your data, or via the Support page. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us — most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
